Warranty

Some of our used vehicles include a limited warranty (details below). We also sell nationwide third-party extended service and repair plans for up to 7 years at reasonable prices which can be purchased with the vehicle or added to the car loan.

Warranty Details:
 

• Before Purchase: Any issue discussed with the buyer, will be remedied by the dealer.
• After Purchase:
• Warranty only covers the cost of the parts(s). Buyer pays for any labor to install-repair.
• For warranty period and miles, please refer to the Buyer's Guide. Sales day is 1st day.
• In-House Warranty: Vehicle must be brought to our dealership for diagnostics or repair.
• We will contract the repairs to trusted 3rd party mobile or auto service shops in the area.
• Applies to a manufacturer defect but not to items listed in "Warranty Exclusions" below.
• We reserve the right to use new, aftermarket or pre-owned parts that are of good quality.
• Some vehicles will be sold As-Is without any warranty. Please check the Buyer's Guide.

Warranty Validation:
 

• Be sure to perform all necessary routine maintenance services (and save the receipts).
• If a warning light pops up, look it up in the owner's manual and follow the instructions.
• STOP! Do not continue operating any vehicle if it's low on oil or coolant & other fluids!
• Contact CARZi if you are having trouble with the vehicle and to set a time to bring it in.
• After diagnosing the vehicle, we will contact you about the repair time and costs if any.
• Be prepared to provide us with your service history records of repairs or oil changes.
• Note: Towing charges are not covered but we may offer a loaner car if one is available.

Warranty Exclusions:
 

• The problem, part failure or breakdown is due to neglecting to perform all normal routine maintenance and/or services required or as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
• Failing to stop operating the vehicle when dash warning lights pop up (especially red warning lights) or when problems such as low oil, coolant or brake fluid levels, fluid leaks, abnormal noise, vapor or smoke from the engine bay or exhaust pipe occur. Continuing to operate the vehicle under these conditions can lead to major and expensive repairs.
• Using the wrong or low quality parts or fluids. These non approved parts or fluids can potentially damage the vehicle or diminish its performance.
• Installing some aftermarket parts or accessories, computer software or hardware or racing parts that can seriously damage the vehicles powertrain, drivetrain or electronic systems.
• Misuse or abuse, exceeding the vehicle limits either by racing, towing, off-roading or other activities that this vehicle was not designed for. Love your car and it will love you back!
• Unprofessional work by persons or shops. This warranty will not fix or pay for their mistakes. If you are paying someone else to do the work, then at least take it to a reputable shop.
• Problems due to road or weather conditions, natural disasters, rust, corrosion, erosion or chemical contamination.
• Items Not Covered: Clutch, body exterior parts, paint, cosmetics, tires, sunroof, glass surface, tint film, keys, stereos or any interior parts.
