At no charge, some of our used vehicles include a 3 month or 3,000 mile 3RD PARTY service plan contract (many refer to it as "warranty" but it's actually a service plan not a warranty). With this plan, you can take the vehicle to any licensed auto shop in the US (see details below). We also sell extended service and repair plans for up to 5 years at reasonable prices which can be purchased with the vehicle or added to the car loan.


3 MONTH or 3,000 MILE “STANDARD PLAN” ITEMS COVERED:

Engine: All internally lubricated parts including: pistons, piston rings and pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and bearings, oil pump, timing chain and/or gears, rocker arms, valves (burned or worn valves are expressly excluded), valve springs, seats and guides, valve pushrods and lifters. The engine block, cylinder head, and rotary housing are covered only if damaged by an internally lubricated part. Seals and gaskets are covered only when replaced as part of a covered repair.
Transmission: All internally lubricated parts in the transmission case and torque converter. The transmission case is covered only when damaged by an internally lubricated part.
Four Wheel Drive: All internal lubricated parts of transfer case and differential - front and rear.
Cooling System: Water pump and thermostat.
Labor: The labor hours to repair or replace all parts covered under this service agreement as defined in the Mitchells On Demand or the All Data estimating software.
Roadside Assistance: Towing Assistance, Jump Start, Flat Tire Assistance, Fuel and Lock-Out Assistance. FOR EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: CALL 1-866-908-5766

For an additional $100, add coverage for Turbocharger/Supercharger: Factory installed turbocharger or supercharger, including housing and all internal parts. (Max. Amount of coverage: $1,500)
For an additional $100, add coverage for Air Conditioner: Compressor, compressor clutch, clutch bearing (does not include air conditioning evacuation or recharge. Max. Amount of coverage: $1,000)

WHAT THE “STANDARD PLUS PLAN” COVERS:
All of the “Standard Plan” covered items, plus: Starter Motor and Voltage Regulator, Alternator, Electric Radiator Fan Motor and Fan Clutch, Cylinder Head Gaskets, Intake Manifold Gaskets, Fuel Pump, Fuel Injectors, and Fuel Pressure Regulator (does not include Fuel Injection Pump and fuel injection control pressure regulator - IPR), Roadside Assistance for the term of the contract. The total combined benefit of Standard Plus components shall be $1500.00 per vehicle. Coverage limits for all other components for all plans listed above shall increase to a maximum of $1500.00 or the greater amount already listed. All other conditions and provisions still apply. Zero deductible. (Air Conditioner & Turbocharger coverage is optional and can be added for an additional fee.)

  Summary of Important Information:
 

• Be sure to perform all necessary routine maintenance services and keep all the receipts.
• If a warning light pops up, look it up in the owner's manual and follow the instructions.
• STOP! Do not continue operating any vehicle if it's low on oil or coolant & other fluids!
• The problem, part failure or breakdown is due to neglecting to perform all normal routine maintenance and/or services required or as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
• Failing to stop operating the vehicle when dash warning lights pop up (especially red warning lights) or when problems such as low oil, coolant or brake fluid levels, fluid leaks, abnormal noise, vapor or smoke from the engine bay or exhaust pipe occur. Continuing to operate the vehicle under these conditions can lead to major and expensive repairs.
• Using the wrong or low quality parts or fluids. These non approved parts or fluids can potentially damage the vehicle or diminish its performance.
• Installing some aftermarket parts or accessories, computer software or hardware or racing parts that can seriously damage the vehicles powertrain, drivetrain or electronic systems.
• Misuse or abuse, exceeding the vehicle limits either by racing, towing, off-roading or other activities that this vehicle was not designed for. Love your car and it will love you back!
• Unprofessional work by persons or shops. This service plan will not fix or pay for their mistakes. If you are paying someone else to do the work, then at least take it to a reputable shop.
• Problems due to road or weather conditions, natural disasters, rust, corrosion, erosion or chemical contamination.
• Items Not Covered: Clutch, body exterior parts, paint, cosmetics, tires, sunroof, glass surface, tint film, keys, stereos or any interior parts.
